Tenure-track faculty positions available August 16, 2013.
Responsibilities: teaching didactic and clinical courses in the undergraduate areas of adult health nursing, mental health nursing, pediatric nursing, and graduate courses in the areas of nurse educator, administrator, and adult/family nurse practitioner; and professional service.
Minimum qualifications: current unencumbered State Registered Nurse License; master's degree in nursing or in a field appropriate to teaching or clinical responsibilities; earned doctorate in nursing or related field by date of appointment or ABD in nursing or a related field with doctorate completed by August 2, 2013.
Preferred qualifications: teaching experience in higher education; clinical nursing experience in related area of teaching; demonstrated scholarship activities; record of published research in refereed journals; ability to communicate effectively; and ability to integrate technology in nursing education.
