Posting Description: Under the Program Supervisor's direction, the PRA will assist with grant proposal preparation and will be responsible for the daily operations for clinical and research activities associated with specific grant projects including a pharmaceutical clinical trial investigating the treatment of PTSD.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a health-related field (nursing, psychology, public health, social work, biomedical, science, etc).
- This position requires an enthusiasm for medical research and knowledge or interest in mental disorders.
- The candidate must be self-directed and independent and have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and other programs as needed.
- Ability to learn study-related practices and databases and acquire new skills as needed.
Required Competencies/Knowledge, Skills and abilities:

Desired Qualifications:
- Personal experience of military service or working with military service members, veterans or other individuals with PTSD.
- Experience working with an Institutional Review Board.
- Ability to maintain records, collect clinical data, and administer surveys.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, staff, potential study participants and hospital employees.
- Ability to interact with physicians, psychologists, and other health care professionals in a professional and effective manner.
- Familiarity with physical health and behavioral health medications.
- Ability to understand and implement oral and written instructions relative to complex tasks.
