Position Description:
Full-time position to advise undergraduate pre-nursing students. Support student recruitment, retention and learning assessment efforts among nursing students. Coordinate and teach courses and clinical rotations as assigned by the Chair of the Nursing Department.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BSN or BAN in nursing
- Eligibility for RN licensure in North Dakota
- Computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Expertise in nursing education
- Previous advising experience
- Previous teaching experience
