Immediate part-time, traditional clinical instructors needed for:
- Pediatrics
- Medical/Surgical
- Critical Care
- Mental Health
- Home Health
- Community Health
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Teaches one or more subjects within prescribed curriculum.
- Stimulates class discussions.
- Compiles, administers, and grades assessments.
- Remains current with new trends and development in his/her field of expertise.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required (BSN), Master's degree preferred (MSN).
- Three-five years of experience as a professional nurse providing direct patient care in relevant area/field is preferred.
- Unencumbered, current Registered Nurse Licensure in New Mexico or a compact state required.
- Knowledge of Internet software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to work with colleagues at the department, college, and university levels.
- Respect for and ability to work with students and colleagues.
