Responsibilities: Responsibilities include providing leadership for the academic programs, program evaluation and accreditation activities, and student recruitment and retention. This position is responsible for preparation and administration of the department budgets and for making appropriate recommendations to the Dean regarding personnel needs. This position is also directly responsible for developing faculty to be successful in teaching, research and service to the University.

Qualifications :
Earned doctorate in Nursing preferred or closely related discipline
Active California Registered Nurse license or eligible to acquire
Advanced practice nurses and those with a background in Genomics/Epigenomics, Vulnerable Populations/Health Disparities research, and those with an interest in Spirituality and Health are strongly encouraged to apply
Experience: Professional expertise and experience commensurate with specific position requirements.
