Teaching clinical/practicum nursing courses at the undergraduate level, which may include web-based components; advising nursing students; engaging in the School of Nursing, university and community service. This is a tenure-track position.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master of Science in Nursing. At least two years of clinical experience in medical-surgical and pediatric or obstetric nursing. Eligibility for Ohio Nursing license as a registered nurse. Demonstrated experience with teaching nursing in the clinical setting. Record of clinical practice excellence, especially in pediatric or obstetric and medical-surgical nursing;
Preferred Qualifications:
Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree other doctorate in a related field.; National nursing certification in a relevant area; demonstrated commitment to nursing as a profession; teaching experience with positive evaluations; evidence of participation in nursing organizations at a leadership level.
