The School of Nursing is seeking a Clinical Teaching Assistant to assist the Clinical Simulation Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
CTAs shall work with the Clinical Simulation Coordinator to plan, implement and evaluate learning experiences in the Simulation Lab. Further responsibilities include:
Transporting simulation equipment to designated areas
Setting up simulation environment for scenario implementation
Facilitating simulation scenario which includes debriefing
Performing routine maintenance of simulation equipment and environment
Attending continuing education pertaining to clinical simulation
Serving as a resource for students during open lab time
Other duties as assigned
Required Education
Must have a Bachelor's Degree and must be enrolled in a Master's of Nursing Program.
Required Experience
Must have two or three years of clinical experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have good oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills that include Word and Excel program.
Must be certified in Basic Life Support.
