The Assistant Director, in conjunction with the Director of Nursing will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of the nursing curriculum, including review and revision of all policies pertaining to the curriculum.

Required Qualifications:
- Master of Science in Nursing and eligibility for Maryland RN licensure.
- Minimum of three years of current clinical and teaching experience in a formal nursing program.
- Minimum of two years management experience that includes experience in overseeing adjunct faculty and support staff with proven problem solving abilities and conflict resolution.
- Proof of immunity to rubella, rubeola, Hepatitis B and varicella and a negative PPD, and current license to the director.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to make public presentations.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and attention to details, deadlines and accuracy of information disseminated.
- Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with students, faculty, administrators, agencies and the general public.
