Job Summary:
The University of Southern Mississippi invites applicants for a full-time, nine-month, tenure-track faculty position as an Assistant Professor in the College of Nursing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will develop and teach upper-level undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral (DNP) courses and contribute to the teaching, scholarship, and service mission of the College.
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters in Nursing and an earned doctorate in Nursing or a related discipline.
A minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience.
Salary and appointment to assistant professor will be commensurate with qualifications and experience appropriate for that rank.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two years teaching experience.
