Job Summary
The Lecturer/Assistant/Associate Professor of Nursing position is primarily responsible for teaching undergraduate nursing didactic and/or clinical courses; advising BSN students; maintaining involvement in University, College, School, BSN Program, and professional service; and contributing to the nursing body of knowledge through personal and collaborative service.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Masters degree in Nursing
2. Eligibility for unencumbered RN licensee in Alabama
3. Effective leadership skills
4. The ability to work collegially within a group of dedicated nursing faculty
Preferred Qualifications
1. Doctoral degree in nursing or related field
2. National certification
3. Teaching experience in nursing education
4. Experience with online course development and delivery
