Job Description:


Description of Position:


Teach nursing in classroom and varied clinical settings. Assignments may vary to include classroom and/or clinical classes in all nursing courses.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Position requires a wide range of professional responsibilities and activities, including participation in curriculum and course development, course budget preparation, departmental planning, attendance at departmental and college meetings, committee participation, student advising and other duties as assigned. Position may be required to teach on load at our Middletown and Newburgh Campuses.


Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:



  • Teaching experience in maternal-child health.

  • Experience with curriculum development.

  • Bilingual skills.
