TITLE:
Acute Care Clinical Nurse Specialist/Nurse Practitioner
CRITERIA FOR
POSITION:
Candidates must hold APRN licensure in the state of Utah and have a minimum of a master's degree in nursing. Experience in critical care is required. Experience with clinical learning, student supervision and teaching methods is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
DESCRIPTION:
The clinical-track faculty member may function in a part-time or full-time role. The individual will assume teaching responsibilities primarily for the Master's Acute Care Program, clinical student supervision, student advisement, curriculum work, and other faculty expectations such as committee work, professional activities and service, as negotiated in the specific workload assignment.
