Position Description
Participate in the administration of the ASN-MSN Program. Ensure the program is conducted in accordance with the mission and academic policies of the University and accrediting bodies.
Duties and Responsibilities of Program Coordinators:
Provide leadership to the ASN-MSN Program. Supervise assigned professional and support staff. Ensure curriculum and instruction is conducted with academic integrity and rigor.
- Assist the divisional chairs in the administrative and academic areas as assigned.
- Acquire, maintain, and interpret management data.
- Collaborate with School of Nursing, Center for Learning and Innovation, and Adult Enrollment Services in matters of common concern.
- Ensure ASN-MSN program personnel provide quality service to external and internal customers.
- Serve as the point of contact, problem solver, and source of information for student groups, faculty, and individual problems within the programs.
- Assist in the development and revision of curriculum.
- Participate in the School of Nursing and Post-licensure assessment process.
- Serve on committees, councils, task force, focus groups, and practicum, and learning management system review as assigned.
- Maintain expertise in health care delivery systems, professional practice, and nursing education issues, and in technology related to teaching and learning.
- Maintain faculty expertise by teaching within the program.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing (Doctorate preferred)
Applicant must hold a valid, unencumbered, Indiana RN license upon hire.
