Posting Description: Faculty to teach in the graduate nursing department at Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences in the Masters (MSN) and/or Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) programs. The graduate program at Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences is offered entirely in an online format. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with previous experience. The successful candidate will also be required to fulfill service requirements.
Minimum Qualifications: Position requires a Masters of Science in Nursing and earned DNP or Ph.D. in nursing or related discipline. An unencumbered Colorado license as an adult NP or the ability to obtain one is required.
Required Competencies/Knowledge, Skills and abilities: Knowledge of current nursing practices. Good organization skills. Excellent communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct research independently. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to convey complex concepts to students. Ability to use a computer and operate basic applications.
Desired Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates who have a track record of funded research or who have evidence of a promising research program, and to those with prior experience in online teaching and learning environments.
