Posting Description: University of Colorado Denver Department of Pediatrics Section of General Pediatrics Instructor/Nurse Practitioner The Department of Pediatrics, Section of General Academic Pediatrics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine is seeking a full time faculty position open at the rank of Instructor for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) located in the Special Care Clinic at Children's Hospital in Aurora. This is a clinical position with the faculty member expected to provide complex primary care to children in the outpatient setting. Minimum Qualifications: Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
Required Competencies/Knowledge, Skills and abilities: Applicants must have some experience with pediatric patients, be capable of managing multiple patients at a time, and have good communication skills. Job requires flexibility in both duties and hours. We are looking for an energetic, open-minded provider who enjoys working with a diverse and difficult population.
