Job Summary/Basic Function
- Supervise junior level nursing students during Clinicals as they learn total patient care.
- Creating patient assignments.
- Grading clinical papers.
- Work with unit nurses to ensure patient safety and pleasant work relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have BSN and willing to pursue MSN within three years of becoming hired faculty.
- Eager to encourage young nursing students and serve as a role model for Christian nursing ministry.
- Actively involved in a local evangelical church.
- CPR certified.
- Recent clinical experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- MSN degree.
- Recent or ongoing clinical experience preferred.
- Experience teaching BSN students.
