Colby Community College is accepting applications for a full-time Director of Nursing. Master's degree in nursing, current Kansas RN license or equivalent, and CPR certification required. The successful candidate will develop and supervise departmental budgets, ascertain compliance with all accrediting agencies' regulations and develop and administer policies, procedures and practices for the CCC nursing programs in Colby, Norton and WaKeeney. Understanding of the importance of technology, integrity, open communication, innovative thinking, a sense of humor, and ability to work as a team to increase enrollment in a rural setting is necessary.
