The Arthur Labatt Family School of Nursing seeks an emerging/accomplished academic to join a leading edge School of Nursing with a long history of academic and research excellence. The Arthur Labatt Family School of Nursing is one of six Schools in a progressive Faculty of Health Sciences ( http://www.uwo.fhs/). The School offers six academic programs at undergraduate, masters, and doctoral levels.

Supported by an Academic Health Sciences Network, the region is known for excellence and leadership in integrated teaching, research and patient care. Support for research development is available through the Nursing Research Unit, the Faculty and University. The appointment will be at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor and will be a Probationary (tenure-track) or tenure position depending on qualifications and research accomplishments. Successful candidates will have knowledge, expertise, and a solid record of research productivity that aligns with either the Leadership in Health Services Administration Delivery or Leadership in Health Promotion fields of study.

The successful candidate will support the teaching needs in both graduate and undergraduate programs offered in the School. As the successful applicant, you will have, or be nearing completion of, a PhD in Nursing or a related discipline, and an independent, robust research program in your field of study. An established track record in teaching and research are preferred for this position; however, these accomplishments will be compelling for the rank of Associate Professor. You will also have demonstrated skills mentoring students and an outstanding record of teaching in graduate and/or undergraduate programs. Applicants for this position will hold, or be eligible for, registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
