TEMPORARY, FULL-TIME
COORDINATOR OF HEALTHCARE SUPPORT NON-TRADITIONAL PROGRAM
Kaskaskia College is seeking applications for the above position. This is a Temporary, full-time, Professional/Managerial position, eligible for fringe benefits. Salary range is $40,000 to $47,000 annually. Position responsible for coordinating all aspects of the evening and weekend Healthcare Support Program, including RN and LPN courses, with some teaching responsibilities. Also responsible for ensuring that all regulatory and accrediting requirements are met. Flexible schedule required, with significant amount of evening and weekend work required. Initial position will last until December 31, 2015, with review at that time to determine continuation status.
Position requires Master's degree in Nursing, current active Illinois registered nursing license, three years nursing experience in clinical setting. Also requires demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the community college mission and philosophy, strong understanding of and commitment to teamwork, process leadership, and consensus decision making, excellent oral and written and communication skills, and demonstrated proficiency in organizing and planning. Minimum of one year teaching experience preferred.
