Salary: $4,736 - $5,484 for a three-unit nursing lecture course/semester, depending upon experience

Position:
The position is to teach Pediatric Nursing theory.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Master or higher degree from an accredited college or university which includes course work in nursing, education, or administration. (BRN requirement)
OR
A Master's degree in Health Education or Health Science (Chancellor's office requirement) and completion of at least one (1) year's experience teaching courses related to registered nursing
OR
completion of a post-baccalaureate course which includes practice in teaching registered nursing. (BRN requirement)
PLUS
Minimum or equivalent of one year continuous, full time registered nurse experience within the past three years providing direct patient care in the pediatric clinical setting.
A current, valid license as a Registered Nurse in the State of California or eligibility for license and BRN faculty approval.
